I have always had a fascination with health and complementary therapies and it was after experiencing the positive effects of reflexology myself that I decided to train. In 2016 I gained a level 3 Diploma from The London School of Reflexology and then proceeded to complete additional training in facial, maternity, hot stone, aromareflexology and Advanced Reflexology Techniques with Tony Porter. My Reiki training ran parallel to this and I gained my Usui Reiki Master qualification in 2017 and my Karuna Reiki Master Practitioner qualification in 2018. I chose the name 'Equilibre' because it means 'balance' and this is the fundamental concept of Reflexology and Reiki - restoring the body's natural equilibrium.
On Monday 11th May the Government released their Covid-19 recovery strategy which states that personal care services, such as reflexologists, should be able to return to work in Phase 3. In England, this will be no earlier than 4th July and maybe later for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Please be assured that I will only return once the Government has said it is safe to do so, and when they feel it is personally right for me to open again. In the meantime, I am busy preparing for my return to work employing my Covid-19 secure hygiene guidelines, risk assessments and other supporting documents. You can trust you will be in safe hands with me as your therapist.
Reflexology and Reiki therapies are wonderful treatments and you will have my complete focus and undivided attention during your appointment. It is for this reason that I only arrange two or three appointments per day.
I regularly attend additional training and professional development courses to update and add to my skills and techniques. The aim is always to provide a unique holistic treatment experience so that every person who comes to me for treatment leaves feeling better on all levels.
